wOOt!

First, I must say that I don't do much blogging...so bear with me sometimes, if I don't post for a month, then suddenly there are 50 million comments and posts from me.  I try, but I don't always succeed.

The Dress Shopping:

I must say that me and Christie had fun the other day.  We went to both Teresa's Bridal and The Bridal and Formal Shoppe in Kirksville, MO.  Neither of us had the "lightbulb" moment, but then again it was only the first day that we shopped for dresses.

I have decided a few things about my own dress:

I want a LONG train.  Short trains are unacceptable. ^_^

Bead work is a must.  That seemed to be a recurring theme from all the dresses that I really liked.  And the train has to have a LITTLE on it, and not be completely blank.

I will not rule out a ballgown.  There was one that I actually liked, so I am not ruling that style out.

...I guess that I actually LIKE sweetheart or shallow-dipped necklines when it compliments the rest of the dress.  I always hated them in the past, but now...I guess my tastes have changed.

And last but not least:

I will never say that I will not try on a dress unless it is absolutely HIDEOUS, and my cohorts that are with me agree with my sentiment.  You never know what looks like crap on a hangar/mannequin, and looks absolutely breathtaking on a person.

And to all of you family-types out there...be on the lookout for nice white or khaki colored clothing.  My wedding is going to be all white, INCLUDING you all in the audience. ^_^  You all have been warned!  *kisses*

sweethearts depend on the dress itself... on some dresses it can look spectacular and on others... cheesy ~_~

I think I will get really into this... cause my mind is running wedding almost 24-7 ... this way i can get out the ideas and talk about them

My eyes are buggy from looking at so many dresses. Will be glad to take a little bitty break for just a bit. You are going to be a spectacular bride, babe!

my eyes are buggy to. it helps to take a break cause after a while they all meld together and tend to look the same.
