Next gowns to try on...

Well, I haven't had a real light bulb moment (or Gollum moment as Lizz and I call it [ I wanzzzz iittzzzz o.0 ].

Only 2 dresses were kinda there, the Maggie and the Raylia.

So, I took a break from thinking and looking up dresses for a while now, and focused on other wedding things. (Up side - I have a lot of the other stuff now. )

Now, what did I like about both dresses (and some aspects of others I liked)?

Well...

Maggie -was a beautiful shiny white, but I can get other dresses in white. The corset accented my waist. I think I liked how the front and back didn't look flat. There was some gathering. I wonder if that's why I like most asymetrical gowns. -Long train -It was also different than what I had been trying on lately.

Raylia - beautiful beading and chiffon -the pleating of corset didn't make it look flat. - Beautiful corset. - I did not like that the train/back was short and plain. - Was different than what I had been trying on.

When I looked at the other dresses I tried on, there was one that had a beautiful train (didn't like the top of the list though). The train had a little gather to it. (And there were small pleats on the side) Gown #4 from the 5/10/10 outing.

Thinking about all these facts makes me wonder if I should try on some more different gowns. Both dresses were different than I had been trying on and I have been moving farther and farther away from my origional idea 3 months ago. 3 things are still the same: chapel length train, strapless/halter, and corset. I also like when the back of the dress and train slides to the floor and not just goes to the floor and then becomes a train. ... or a train that is not flat

Sigh... all this chattering to say I am willing (and kinda wanting to) try on caught up skirts along with everything else that I have put on so far. Before I said I didn't like them. But I think I might try it now. I am wanting to get a better idea of what I want. ...also gathered things or layered.... or maybe a ball gown or two.
